There are also fun activities and routes for young explorers, such as the Heidestein Sheep Route in Zeist or the Nature Facts Walk in the Amerongse Bos. Or observe some animals on a larger scale and visit Ouwehands Zoo in Rhenen (32 km) or Amersfoort Zoo (13 km). You can also drive to the lively city of Utrecht in about half an hour, and here you can do some shopping or visit the Railway Museum or the Nijntje (Miffy) Museum.
